# Terms of Service

**Effective date: 1 September 2026**

These Terms govern your use of novagentum.ai and the Novagentum AEO Grader (the "Service"), provided by WKPB Ventures Ltd., Block B, Office No. 53, 1 Alexandrou Papadiamanti, 06035 Larnaca, Cyprus ("Novagentum", "we", "us").

## 1. Using the Service

You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You may not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or attempt to bypass access, usage, or security controls. You may not submit a website or data unless you have the right to use it for the requested analysis.

## 2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties, or where these Terms are breached. Public-beta limits and features may change as the Service develops.

## 3. AI-generated reports

Reports use third-party AI models and publicly available web content. Outputs can be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate and may vary between runs. Reports are informational and do not constitute legal, financial, regulatory, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them.

## 4. Your data

You retain rights in information you submit. You authorize us to process that information as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains the personal-data processing involved.

## 5. Third-party services

The Service relies on providers including AI model, hosting, authentication, anti-abuse, and content-management services. Their availability and outputs are outside our direct control.

## 6. Availability and warranties

The public beta is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free outputs. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

## 7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Novagentum is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the public beta. Our aggregate liability relating to the free Service is limited to EUR 100. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or intentional misconduct.

## 8. Changes and termination

We may update the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. You may stop using the Service at any time.

## 9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply. Courts in Cyprus have jurisdiction where legally permitted.
