Understand what your visibility report is telling you.

Start with the questions people ask, review the answers AI gives, and check the website signals you can improve.

Start with your business and its audience

Add your business name, market and the topics you want to be found for. Include a public website URL for website checks. You can select competitors when you want a direct comparison.

The questions and models you choose define the scope of the report. Keep them consistent when comparing reports over time.

Capture answers and inspect the website

Novagentum sends discovery questions to the selected AI models and saves their answers. The report assesses how your business is mentioned and described, alongside recommendations and source references in those answers.

When website checks are enabled, we sample public pages and inspect signals such as page titles, descriptions, structured data and readable content. A sampled crawl does not cover every page or interaction on your site.

Read the evidence alongside the grade

A grade summarizes the answers and checks in that report. Open the captured answers and findings to understand what supports it, and verify important factual claims against your own records.

AI answers can change between runs. A model response does not establish your Google ranking, inclusion in every AI search product, or whether an agent can complete a task on your website. A source reference also needs to be checked for relevance and accuracy.

Improve, then check again

Use the findings to choose concrete changes: clarify your business information, make important pages easier to read, or add evidence that supports your claims.

Run the same questions again after making changes and compare the captured answers. Treat the results as observations over time, without assuming that a change guarantees future visibility.
